Sarah at Eventful is amazing!! I have nothing but good things to say about her and her team! She took so much of the wedding pressure and stress off of our shoulders and helped to make our wedding better than I ever could have dreamed of. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding that Sarah planned recently. Sarah was absolutely awesome and everything was so stress free. She handled every tiny aspect of the day—making sure we were hydrated in the heat, getting us from location to location on time, summoning everyone for photos, and so much more. Even I felt pampered!
On top of all that, it was absolutely beautiful, even the tiniest of details. I wish I had her to plan mine! 10/10 would attend a wedding planned by her again 😉

Sarah and her team exceeded our expectations! We are military and had been planning our wedding from FL for over a year. Sarah was more than helpful with everything! She had driven over an hour down to my venue to meet with the host and our parents because we could not be there. She went over the details and coordinated everything with our venue and other vendors simply because we could not be there. She was prompt with responses and went above and beyond what we had asked her to do! She and her staff did a gorgeous job with our decorating and setting everything up. We had never even stepped foot in our venue, until the day before the wedding, as it was being built and we didn’t make a trip home prior to the wedding. Sarah played a huge role in making sure everything fit, looked outstanding, and contracts were in order. She was my eyes and we depended on her with everything. Literally! She was so great to us and our families and was a great pleasure to do business with! I would HIGHLY recommend her and her staff. We also used her bartending services as well, which also applies to everything I had mentioned above. I can not say enough about Sarah and the Eventful staff! She just did such a great job and made it really easy for us planning so far away and not being able to see anything until the day of. We put all of our trust in her and I am beyond happy with the work she and her staff have done! It was a perfect day!

I would like to call Sarah a friend of mine now.
We first met her when she became our wedding coordinator
at the Gardens of the Fox Cities in 2012 - She blew us away!
We we're impressed with her from our first meeting - how organized and professional, yet personable she was. She knew the exact questions to ask, provided us with good vendors, and made us feel relaxed - while planning a wedding in 2.5 months! - we trusted her.
The day of the wedding was very stressful for me and Sarah helped
me to fell calm and cool. Even when there was a stressful situation
of bringing the ceremony inside because it was too cold, she was prepared to do it. She stayed with us until the very end and helped everything flow so we could enjoy our evening.
Since then I have seen Sarah several times. She is someone that is
very easy to get along with, trustworthy and personable. You know when Sarah is working for you that the job is getting done and its getting done the right way. We trusted and respected Sarah right from the beginning. I wish her the best of luck in all her future adventures.

As a growing organization within the Fox Valley area, Kitsune Kon, Inc. strives to create a social atmosphere for gamers, geeks, and the like. We have been hosting annual events since 2010 and will continue to do so providing that our fan base moves forward with us.
Throughout the years, we have also hosted smaller events as fundraisers for our larger event, and that is where we had troubles finding locations to hold our event and would accommodate everything we needed. Due to the size of some locations (too big or too small), we had to steer away, but Sarah Welch has been working with us for about three (3) years in total to provide various locations, pricing and amenities to fit our desires. We are grateful that we have been able to work with her so far and hope to continue this helpful relationship for future events. Whenever we plan our fall event, we hope Sarah will be there to help us out.
